History of the Center

The center is established under Ministry of Education and curriculum is prepared by NIE in 1999. At the beginning center was equipped with 10  computers built with  P1 processors   with a server driven network. The Operating system was windows 95. The center started its training with the two instructors appointed by the zonal Education office.
